Arqaam Capital is a specialist emerging markets investment bank, bringing regional and international product offerings to the emerging markets. Arqaam Capital combines international best practice with expertise in the markets in which they operate. Their primary role is to provide financial intermediation and create investment opportunities for emerging markets investors looking to invest in their own markets and abroad, as well as international investors seeking opportunities in target emerging markets.
The Project
Arqam needed a bespoke Salesforce CRM solution to meet the complex needs of the investment banking sector. The business was maintaining customer data in multiple Excel spreadsheets, with no single source of truth and no consistent customer relationship management framework.
All departments work in silo resulting in no single view of clients.
Documents stored across multiple locations this has a major impact on visibility across the business.
Manual approvals taking a long time to process causing a massive delay in onboard new clients.
My Role
Adel led business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping with cross-functional teams within Arqam translating business requirements into technical specifications and harnessing Salesforce capability to streamline and automate processes and transform the quality of customer insights.

We worked with Arqaam to shorten the approvals cycle enabling them to work more efficiently and ultimately increase the number of clients that could be managed in a defined period.
Central Location of Documents
Arqaam now has the visibility and flexibility they required for storing and accessing documents. Having one central location where all documents are stored, has dramatically reduced the time taken to search for and locate any document.
